The speed in distributing the products of industry is influenced by production produced itself. SMEs know that ECO one manufacturing industries engaged food manufacturing. there are obstacles (problems) experienced, namely occurrence inequality between capacity tofu can be and demand for must met. purpose this study to increase Tofu Eco terms increasing working time. method used research dynamic system using PLE vensim software. results show based on actual conditions, it known 25 workers with 8 hours per day, an average 957 barrels month obtained 1005 /month. alternative simulation I, have 1,080 barrels/month. scenario II 1,230 From scenarios, seen below barrels/month, add 1 hour (60 minutes) overtime, while requests above 1,079 barrels/month a maximum 1,255 scenarios used. addition 2 30 minutes (150 overtime.
